After being recently featured in the Red Eye Chicago newspaper, Saint Millie makes the best of what I’ve classified The Gift’s production as Neo Soul-Trap. Sounds contrived, right? At least, Millie’s music isn’t. Through the laughter of his peers, he’s stuck to his lyrical guns and now his wood grain gripping, parked outside of the club. This one is perfect to listen to in the headphones on the subway ride home.
Go ahead. Nod your head if you’re feeling it.
