Who new Rocko had it like that?
Lately its been all about the 20th anniversary of Illmatic for Nas, but he steps outside his reminiscent self and delivers a rather hard-hitting verse on Rocko‘s new EP, Poet. The song Nasir appears on, “Hustle”, is one of the standouts of the EP, but you can download the full thing here. Rocko delivers–admittedly, unexpectedly–one of the better rap projects we’ve heard as of late, and if this is a glimpse of what his new album will sound like, we’re all for it.
