Berry’s movie debut
What you probably didn’t know about this movie is that this marked the debut of Halle Berry. Before, she starred in the movie, Berry was on the short lived ABC show, Living Dolls a spinoff of the hit show, Who’s The Boss. In the movie, she played drug addict Vivian, who is the girlfriend to Jackson’s character Gator. She is an example of what starting from the bottom really means as she played a drug addict. Since the release of the movie, Berry became successful in her own right as she continued to act and winning an Academy Award for the hit movie, Monster’s Ball. Currently, the actress is gearing up for her CBS tv show, Extant which is slated to be premiere on July 09.
