Second new song in as many weeks
Wale had a tough go of it last week. Seemingly out of nowhere, the DMV native had to field several shots thrown at him from labelmate and perceived friend Meek Mill, which he responded to via a lengthy Instagram caption. He also released a new record, “The Followers”, in the aftermath of the social media attack.
Over the weekend, Wale teased his new album, The Album About Nothing, with a little help from Jerry Seinfeld’s wife, Jessica, and today we have more new music from Mr. Folarin. Listen to “MMG Under God”, which, again, is a testament to the “Bad” rapper’s lyrical prowess.
