Phil Jackson Sonned Spike Lee Over The Weekend, And Water Is Wet

This is going to be so much fun

Earlier this year, when Phil Jackson signed on to be the Knicks president, and eventually made first-year head coach Derek Fisher the Knicks’ new play-caller, the only person whose services and ego Jackson was under the impression he had to reel in was a hesitant-to-re-sign Carmelo Anthony. Spike Lee was not a part of that package. So, naturally, when Lee is brought up in any basketball-related conversations Jackson has, he’ll make sure people–especially the press–understands his sporting opinions aren’t really warranted.

There’s sure to be a lot of this during the season if these avid Knick fan celebrities get to stepping on Phil’s toes. He don’t play that *50 Cent voice*
