Following his performance in a cipher, Miami rapper Gunplay sat down with The RapFest for their “Studio Flow” segment, where he admits that he wasn’t ready for fame a few years ago, and laments on the trials and tribulations of being a recording artist. Unlike so many other artists out there, Gunplay says he doesn’t feel like he’s trapped by the confines of fame. “I bring honesty to the game. All these n*ggas is fake, they all fake. They hide behind their music, their chains, cars, their security,” he says.
