Sneaker Of The Day: Nike Air Command Force “Spurs”

We wanted it and we got it- the return of the Nike Air Command Force. Made popular by Billy Hoyle (Woody Harrelson)  in the classic movie White Men Can’t Jump, the Command Forces are one of the most popular Nike kicks ever, and December 1st we can have a piece of history with the new “Spurs” colorway.

Saluting David Robinson as he sported the kicks throughout his career, the sneakers are given a “fiesta” look, taking note from the late 80s when the Spurs began incorporating pink, teal and orange into their court paint and logos. The “fiesta” colors (Hyper Jade/Hyper Pink) can be seen in the kicks’ midsole, heel and tongue, with a black upper to stay true to the Spurs look. The release date is only a few weeks away, and even with a $200 price tag they’re totally worth it. What do you think? Take a closer look at them below and decide.
