It’s more than likely nothing, but it’s entertaining for sure
Jay Z and Beyonce are always courtside. When Jay Z was a minority owner of the Brooklyn Nets, he was a staple near the Nets’ bench, as was his wife, who is prepping a re-release of her platinum album for November 24th. On this particular night however, Jay Z and Beyonce’s courtside appearance was, intriguing, to say the least. In the above clip, which runs just under 3 minutes, Hov and Bey engage in a pretty lively conversation, during which Jay appears to explain certain things about the game to his wife, and Beyonce understandably bops her head a couple times, especially when Jay’s “Tom Ford” comes blaring through the arena speakers.
However, once the music stops playing and the conversation ends, Bey keeps swaying, to the sound of nothing. Sneakers sliding across hardwood and cheering fans make up the entire musical backdrop of her creepy trance. It’s a chilling sight, and just as creepy as watching Beyonce stand in the corner of the Solange/Jay Z elevator was.
