Not kidding

A 36-year old Kentucky man, Ryan Champion, has been indicted on murder charges after he killed 22-year old Vito Riservato. Riservato was hired by Champion to kill Champion’s family–his sister, Emily, and their parents, Joy and Lindsey.

When the story of the shooting first broke, it appeared that Ryan Champion was lucky to be alive. According to a WSMV report, after the Champions–Ryan included–returned home from church one Sunday in October and met their untimely fate at the hands of Riservato, who, shortly after, would be slain by Champion. However, Champion has been indicted for the involvement in the deaths of his sister and parents, and the murder of Riservato, whom Champion didn’t have the money to pay for the hit he ordered. According to a Huffington Post report, Champion took to social media in seek of odd jobs to help his financial status shortly after, and admitted to the media he’d met Riservato once before the murders.
