Three stacks, must be some crack
Among the many headlines concerning Andre 3000 that underscored Outkast‘s reunion tour–his bout with depression, his feeling like a sell-out, his apparent stage “fright”–one of the biggest ones was the message that was sprawled in big, white bold letters across the chest of each jumpsuit he wore on every night. They weren’t rap lyrics, or colloquial phrases either. They were culturally relevant, socially conscious, profound slogans, including catchy ones, “Art or Fart?”, “Make Love Like War” and provocative ones, like the one seen above, or “Ok, Hand Over The Cure And Stop Playing.” They became a subject of conversation and obsession for the entire reunion tour.
Well, now, Andre 3000 is turning these slogans into a t-shirt line, as per a recent interview with Hard Knock TV. There isn’t much information on them yet, but we’ll be sure to let you know once this fabulous idea becomes reality, and in the meantime, watch Andre speak on a myriad of topics, including his Jimi Hendrix biopic, and new music.
