After 2 years Ava DuVernay’s notable Middle of Nowhere will be released on DVD early next year.
Ava DuVernay’s moving Drama starring Emayatzy Corinealdi, Omari Hardwick and David Oyelowo will be arriving on DVD, Disgital HD and On Demand January 13, 2015. The storyline involves medical student Ruby (Emayatzy) overcoming obstacles and betrayal after her husband is imprisoned. Ruby struggles to face her future as she is forced to let go of her past and caught in the middle of a love triangle with her imprisoned husband and new flame. The film has received many accolades including a 46th Annual NAACP Image Award Nominations for outstanding supporting actress, outstanding actor in drama series, outstanding motion picture and outstanding directing. Special features on the DVD will include an audio commentary with director Ava DuVernay and actor Emayatzy Corinealdi. Check out this all new trailer for the upcoming DVD release:
