Chris Brown is reportedly a dad
According to a TMZ report, Chris Brown is, in fact, a father. The “New Flame” singer allegedly had a daughter with a 31-year old former model by the name of Nia, who has apparently known Brown for some time, and the two are on good terms. The more surprising part is that TMZ‘s sources–again, allegedly–revealed that Chris, 25, is “happy” about being a father. A formal child support agreement has yet to be uncovered, if one in fact exists.
The ironic part about this news is during an interview with Power 105.1’s morning show crew, The Breakfast Club, Angela Yee asked Chris Brown if he was thinking marriage during a segment about his on-and-off girlfriend Karrueche Tran, and Brown joked about having kids instead.
“I can deal with babies. That’s different.” Angela Yee went on to suggest that Brown should want to have kids with the woman he’d like to marry, to which he replied:
I don’t follow the certain formula. I’m the total opposite of the guy that y’all want to give y’all the great answers, cause I’ma give you the remixed n***a in the hood. So, I’m cool with having a baby. The marriage thing, I’m not cool with giving you half of what I earned all my life.
