Chi-town native Tink, who gained notoriety for working with famed producer Timbaland, hit up The Breakfast Club to drop some bars.
Chicago’s own, Tink, stopped by The Breakfast Club for the first time to discuss being raised in Chicago, her musical influences, and her growth since working with Timbaland. The female spitta even laces us with a few memorable bars off the top to keep the competition on their toes.
“It’s okay to have a message,” she says, when asked about the fact that she doesn’t follow the format of the typical rap from the Chi-town scene, laced guns, drugs, and violence. “I’m not here to be a gimmick.”
