Lil Wayne is currently still on his Release Partiez tour, in celebration of his latest mixtape, Sorry 4 The Wait 2, and his forthcoming release, The Free Weezy Album. Unfortunately, adversity has found the New Orleans rapper along the way.
TMZ has reported that shots were fired at Lil Wayne’s tour bus following a performance at Compound nightclub in Atlanta while Wayne and company left the venue. According to the report, Young Money artist and close affiliate of Lil Wayne’s, Lil Twist, was on one of the buses, but there have been no reported injuries.
