We thought the power was in his hair?
Pusha T is one of the few people that have gotten away with having braids in 2015. The list is pretty short. Pusha T. A$AP Rocky. Kawhi Leonard (though Kawhi gets his fair share of memes here and there). In fact, the Def Jam rapper’s hair has become part of his persona, part of his mystique. He famously rapped “The power’s in my hair n***a” just before the beat drop on G.O.O.D. Music’s remix of Chief Keef‘s “Don’t Like,” arguably the VA native’s greatest commercial post-Clipse performance.
Unfortunately, it appears his erratic-haired run has come to an end. The “Lunch Money” rapper just posted a photo of himself getting a facial, with the following caption.
“Just cut my braids off, now it’s time for my 2500 dollar facial…”
Pusha T is currently prepping his sophomore album, King Push, for a 2015 release.
