Trey Songz has been pretty quiet since dropping his Intermission mixtape earlier this year, but today, he’s continued the holiday mixtape madness with To Whom It May Concern, a surprise project he unveiled just a while ago via DatPiff. The 12-track tape features Dave East, J.R., and MIKExANGEL, along with production from Mano, DJ Mustard, and Rico Love, among others. You can stream it below, and download it here. Hopefully, this means Songz is prepping a new album, as he aims to release three consecutive number one LPs, following Chapter V and Trigga.
