According to a TMZ report, Ciara is suing her ex-fiancee, Future, for $15 million for alleged slander and libel. The report states that the “Body Party” singer points to interviews and social media–tweets, specifically–where Future calls into question her abilities to raise their child, baby Future, and makes false claims about her blocking of Future’s access to his son.
The lawsuit points to a specific interview in which Future allegedly accuses Ciara of “setting up” Russell Wilson to be caught pushing Baby Future in a stroller by paparazzi, and asks Ciara to leave their son out of her “publicity stunts.” On Twitter, Future recently tweeted “this b*tch got control problems,” and complained of having to go through lawyers and $15,000 monthly payments to see their son.
As part of the lawsuit, Ciara is requesting that Future be banned from discussion private family matters on social media.
