We’ve already seen Clippers point guard Chris Paul do devastating things to prepared defenders with two shoes on, so Patty Mills getting caught with one shoe on, one off, trying to stop the 9-time All-Star from getting into the paint was certainly a sight to see.
Mills gets an A for effort, but a relentless Chris Paul still dropped him to the floor with a wicked step-back crossover, which freed him up to get into the paint and finish. The Spurs still got the last laugh, and did away with the Clippers by a 21-point margin to remain undefeated at home so far this season, but Patty should stay off social media for a day or so.
