On Friday night [March 25] while in Dubai, boss lady Nicki Minaj was not having it when midway through her “Feeling Myself” performance, she noticed a member of her staff committing a cardinal offense. Minaj promptly stopped what she was doing and resolved the scene without saying a word.
The PinkPrint rapper was noticeably aggravated when she stormed across the stage after noticing one of the men who was tasked with protecting her from overly zealous fans could not be bothered. He was too busy leisurely scrolling through his phone. Minaj then charged across the stage with hand extended and silently demanded the phone from the guard, where she then tossed it across the stage and continued on with her performance.

Needless to say, Minaj was not happy about the blatant show of disrespect during her performance. Back in 2010 during her My Time documentary on MTV, Minaj spoke about strong women in the industry getting a bad reputation for being outspoken and demanding the very best from those around her.
She expressed, “When I am assertive, I’m a bitch. When a man is assertive, he’s a boss. He bossed up. No negative connotation behind ’bossed up.’ But lots of negative connotation behind being a bitch. Donald Trump can say, ’You’re fired.’ Let Martha Stewart run her company the same way and be the same way.
