Scottie Pippen Says the ’96 Bulls Would Smack the ’16 Warriors, Hold Curry to Less Than 20 Pts

Ever since the Warriors’ blistering 24-0 start to the 2015-2016 season, NBA analysts, players and former players have weighed in on their chances to break the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls regular season record of 72-10. While some believe its certainly possible–despite Golden State’s daunting final 6 game schedule–members of that record-breaking Bulls team think otherwise.

Previously, Ron Harper weighed in and pretty much conveyed that these Warriors would have no shot at those Bulls, and Scottie Pippen, ever the competitor, had something a little more specific to say about what would happen if those teams were able to play each other in a playoff series. How specific? Stephen Curry wouldn’t drop more than 20, and the Warriors wouldn’t win a game.
