During weekend 1 of Coachella, while A$AP Rocky was tearing up the stage during his set, Kanye West and Tyler, The Creator were backstage engaging in a makeshift 50-meter dash, one that Kanye lost badly. Of course, Kanye and Tyler are friends, so there wasn’t any malice in Kanye’s voice when he accused one of Tyler’s associates of sabotaging the race, but Yeezy hates losing, so you got the feeling it wasn’t the last we’d hear of that.
To avenge his Coachella loss, Kanye decided to challenge his wife, Kim Kardashian West, to a shorter sprint, one that he won quite easily, even switching between running forwards and backwards at certain points. At the end of the clip, which surfaced via Kim’s Snapchat, Kanye can be heard playfully shooting back at Tyler: “I can beat a girl though, right!”
