This past Friday, Drake released his Views album exclusively to Apple Music, and he sat for a lengthy interview with Beats1 Radio personality Zane Lowe shortly after. While the world was engaged in what was being pegged as a “global listening session” for Drizzy’s fourth studio effort, he was being grilled by Lowe on everything from his relationship with Nicki Minaj, his friendship with Kanye West, and the success of The Weeknd, the first major artist to benefit from commercially successful Drake’s co-sign.
From the audio of the interview, there were already several newsworthy bits that began circulating last week, including the fact that Drake and Kanye have been, and continue to consider the possibility of working on a joint mixtape or album, but now you can watch the interview in its entirety. Drizzy and Zane sit down in Noah “40” Shebib’s SOTA (State of the Art) Studios, where much of Views was crafted, for Drakes most in-depth interview in quite some time.
