Brooklyn and Queens have arguably produced some of the most successful and prolific Hip Hop icons to date. When mentioning the ever-morphing NYC Hip Hop scene, it is imperative to spotlight these two boroughs and their undeniable influence on the culture.

Three years ago, the Brooklyn Queens Day Festival was created to serve as a platform to pay homage, and respect to the history of both Brooklyn and Queens, while celebrating the music, fashion and art scenes that New York City currently has to offer. Last year’s festival at Santos Party House boasted over 600 attendees with live performances by some of BK and QB’s top Hip-Hop and R&B artists.

On Thursday June 2, 2016, Hi-Grade Agency presents the 3rd Annual Brooklyn Queens Festival being held at Verboten in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. More than an event, this cultural festival is a creative experience that will once again ignite New York City with live performances, live art, food, music, vendors, games and much more.

This year’s special guests include ASAP 12vy + ASAP Ant, Ken Rebel & Friends, Bodega Bamz and Brooklyn’s own Manolo Rose. Artwork by Lavan Wright, ThaSobrekid and Walt of Black Ink Crew will be on display. Guests will enjoy the sounds of Ernz Eastwood, Chiinky, DJ Marz and Trauma Radio and delectable “midnight snacks” will be catered by Mikey Likes It & Omar’s Kitchen.

Event will be hosted by Francelesia, Cleverly Chloe, Chad Law, S.Jonez & More
