Lil B a.k.a. The Based God has been paying attention to what’s been happening in the NBA of late. With free agency signing period right around the corner, he’s willing to let bygones be bygones with superstar Kevin Durant if the Durantula does one thing he wishes.
After the Knicks were able to successfully acquire Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls this week, Phil Jackson has apparently informed the three time NBA All Star they are planning to pursue superstar free agent Kevin Durant. Once this news got out, one person who had a lot to say about the superstar’s recent playoff success made a bold statement to squash the unnecessary tension between the scoring champ and himself, adding he’s now willing to let go of his curse on the former Texas Longhorn great if Kevin suits up for the Knicks.

Just to give you a brief flashback, the curse began back in 2011 when Durant insulted Lil B’s rap talents after tweeting his thoughts about the California bred MC.
I tried to listen to Lil B and my mind wouldn't let me do it….can't believe this guy is relevant

Lil B responded with this now infamous tweet below.
KEVIN DURANT WILL NEVER WIN THE TITLE AFTER HE SAID "LIL B" IS A WACK RAPPER,
"THE BASEDGODS CURSE"#THEBASEDGODSCURSE ON DURANT – Lil B

If Durant decides to leave the Thunder, the Knicks will be a great fit for the 6″11 phenom. With the newly acquired Rose running the show at the Garden, he will be the perfect facilitator to get Carmelo Anthony, Durant and Kristaps Porzingis the necessary touches needed for the Knicks to become playoff contenders. Durant, if you reading this, it’s never too late to end the curse.
