The iconic Space Needle in Seattle, Washington is a main attraction when you go to visit the Pacific Northwest. The landmark is an attraction, but sometimes it’s turned into a place for stunts.
On Monday morning [July 25], a man was spotted hanging from the Space Needle. Seeing a man dangling from a 605-foot structure is not something you see everyday, but it was the case for the commercial that was being shot.
A new show titled The Runners is backed by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. The show will air on Verizon’s go90 and AOL.com. The show made its debut on July 1st.
AOL shared a summary of that the show details:
- One chosen individual will strive to make it across the country undetected over the course of a 30-day period, completing daily tasks and following clues along the way. Tasks will test the Runner on five key skills: strength, endurance, problem solving, intellect and memory.
- As the Runner makes his/her way across America, they will be chased by five pairs of competing Chasers. The Chasers will be given clues themselves as to the whereabouts of the Runner, in addition to receiving tips from viewers across America. If they catch the Runner, they receive the current bounty on their head.
