Kid Cudi’s Albums Finished, Release Date For Both Coming This Week

Kid Cudi is an artist that never remains stagnant, which shows strongly within his music. His music is a huge part of who he is as a person, and he puts a vast majority of life into his lyrics. His last album, Speedin’ Bullet 2 Heaven, was way left field of what people expected of Cudi. Experimental in nature, it was Cudi simply showing the type of zone he was in at the time.

Arguably, SB2H received the most conflicting reviews of any album released in 2015. There were some who praised the album for his raw emotions, edge-of-the-cliff style, then there were those who wished Cudi gave a lesser demand of tone on the release. Nonetheless, Cudi is almost ready to give us not one, but two new albums very soon.

Last night [Sunday, August 14], Cudi took to his Twitter to proudly announce the completion of his two body of works. In June of 2016, Cudi said that he would be releasing two albums. One is titled Passion, Pain, & Demon Slayin, while the other goes without a title for now. We’ll be notified of one release date this week. Along with the albums, Cudi says we can expect a lot of surprises.

“Couldn’t feel more blessed right now. I love ya’ll so much man. Ima have some info this week about everything, release date, etc,” Cudi tweeted. “Albums finished,” with a picture of Usain Bolt finishing in first place. Cudi appears to be in a good space and excited to give us his new body of music.
