The documentary, produced by DJ Scripz, a New York City DJ and directed by Caged Cubez, it shined a light on their neighborhood and what they had to endure while trying to fit into a society.

Young Haitian kids wanted to wear the latest Jordan’s, flyest jeans and other luxury fashion and couldn’t afford it. The documentary chronicles Haitians who created their sense of style to fit-in and clinged to Polo designs to standout. The film zeroed in on the means in which they went to get the Polo articles they wanted. Whether they stole from the store, saved their money, worked a minimum wage job or found a street peddler, they had their means.

DJ Scripz and The Haitian Polo Documentary has gotten good press lately with the DJ appearing on New York City’s Power 105 and Hot 97.
