After recently winning his second MOBO (Music Of Black Origin) award for best ‘R&B & Soul’ act, Shakka has released his third EP ‘The Island.’ A true story- teller, the five track project features two collaborative tracks with London rappers Wretch 32 and Giggs.
As usual Shakka brings strong top liners, distinctive melodies, and catchy lyrics to this project, which he executively produced himself. Filled with a mixture of reggae and R&B ‘The Island’ is an innovative project that captures growth and influences of the West London artist.
The first single features no other than dancehall favourite Mr Vegas. Check out the video below:
