The chorus opens the song with 2 Chainz singing/moaning quite an endearing sentiment, “Wouldn’t be me without you.” But the soft rhythm is only an appetizer to much harder sonics to come. Enter the head-banging, festival-crowd jumping, speakers pumping—all imagined once the beat makes its official change. And cue the Tity Boi we know and love.
