The singer-dancer-actress is set to join the cast of the cheerleading series Hit the Floor. The series is moving from VH1 to BET for its fourth season.

There aren’t any details about Teyana’s role but we’re hoping that she’s a regular alongside Kimberly Elise, Dean Cain, McKinley Freeman, Katherine Bailess, Jodi Lyn O’Keefe and Brent Antonello.

Hit the Floor follows the scandals of the Los Angeles Devil’s basketball players and cheerleaders. BET promises “more scandal, sex, secrets, intrigue and jaw-dropping dance routines, which captured audiences’ hearts.”
