Where are all my Slim Shady fans?
Y’all remember when Eminem, Black Thought, and Mos Def had one of the most classic cypher’s in 2009? Or two years later when Em made another appearance with Slaughterhouse, Yelawolf, and Royce Da 5’9 for a Shady Cypher? Well according to this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards host Dj Khaled; Eminem might be in the building tonight with a mouth full. Yesterday October 9th, Dj Khaled released a teaser on his Instagram stating “FAN LUV! I got a MAJOR surprise for you tomorrow at the BET HIP HOP AWARDS” insinuating that Eminem will be present for the award show with a verse to spit in this year’s cypher.

This morning (October 10th) he tweeted “FAN LUV! Did the Eminem vocals come in yet?”

Now we know from past promotion Khaled also “waited” for the Drake vocals to come in for his “Grateful” album. With that being said, it’s almost guaranteed that Marshall “Eminem” Mathers will be in the building! It is unclear whether or not he will perform alone or in a group cypher. It has been said that Eminem is gearing up to release a new album which will be his first since 2013’s “The Marshall Mathers LP 2.” Nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
