Usher and Anthony Anderson will be the guests of the first episode of Drop the Mic hosted by Method Man.
Usher has an unfair advantage over Anderson because he is naturally more musically inclined, but the actor put up a good fight. The two playfully took jabs at each other. Anderson referenced the singer’s old relationship with TLC’s Chili, meanwhile Usher had the ability to sample himself at the end of the preview when he dropped the line, “Your rhymes make me wanna kill myself”.
It was announced last week that Method Man was hosting a game show alongside Hailey Baldwin, which sounds pretty unusual. The game show is a spin-off of James Corden’s late night talk show, and he serves as the executive producer. Method originally sounded skeptical about the show, but from the looks of the preview, it’s going to be an enjoyable family show.
