On Friday night, the chief hitmaker in rap Drake released two brand new songs. “God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity.” The two songs are considered to be an EP under the name Scary Hours. “God’s Plan” was first teased in early January as a snippet.

Drake released music’s most streamed project in 2017, More Life, last March, and continued to release songs well into the summer. Although Drake claimed to be taking time off to focus on other projects, the release of these two songs may detour those plans.
