Love And Hip Hop star Stevie J is going to jail over back child support, allegedly owing more than a million dollars.
The renowned producer will surrender to police in NYC because of his failure to follow a child support order. Stevie also failed several drug screenings during his custody battle with his estranged girlfriend, Carol Bennett.
The reality show star faces up to six months in jail over the debt to Bennett, which is reportedly up to $1,300,000,000. She sued her famous ex using the 1992 Child Support Recovery Act.
The law declares it unlawful for someone to leave any state in the U.S., owing over than $10,000 worth of child support, for more than two years.
