Power already has a star-studded cast with Omari Hardwick, 50 Cent, Lala, Joseph Sikora but for episode five of this season, it gets even crazier with an appearance from Kendrick Lamar.
The appearance was teased on social media for 50 Cent and the hit Starz show as his character Kanan is seen riding the bike of what seems to be a little girl and hinting at a new friend. However, it’s not going to be a girl at all, it will be K. Dot.
“Yeah you know I’m different, wait till you see Power this Sunday. Your not going to believe who we got on the show,” 50 shares online.
Executive producer Mark Canton recently revealed the Grammy award-winning rapper will take a role in the show stating: “Kendrick is a once in a generation talent and Courtney, 50 and I felt it would be exciting to create a role for him in Power. Everyone involved is thrilled to have him join the family.”
Episode 505 is titled “Happy Birthday” and will focus on the first birthday of twins Tariq and Raina, with the latter of the two no longer present, a bonding moment for Kanan and Tariq, as well as Tasha and Terry Silver, while everything continues to unravel for Ghost.
