Jermaine Dupri is getting all the artists of So So Def back together for an arena tour. In celebration of 25 years of hits, Dupri will lead The So So Def 25th Anniversary CULTURAL CURREN$Y Tour. Dupri will be joined by Xscape, Da Brat, Jagged Edge, Bow Wow, Anthony Hamilton, Bone Crusher, Youngbloodz, Dem Franchize Boyz, and J-Kwon.
Tickets for the show go on sale Friday, August 3rd, with stops planned for Washington D.C., Brooklyn, Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles and more.
In celebration of the anniversary, a digital compilation release titled Jermaine Dupri Presents So So Def 25 was recently released bringing in hits ranging from Da Brat’s “Funkdafied” to Dupri’s Jay-Z assisted single “Money Ain’t a Thang.”
“Blessings are bigger when you share them. One of my biggest blessings is to be able to go tour with all my artists. I can’t wait!!!,” Dupri said in a statement.
