Freebandz and Epic Records have announced the official joint venture for Cleveland Hip-Hop artist Doe Boy. The announcement was made public on Instagram, showing an image of Doe Boy with Freebandz head Future for the contract signing.
Congrats Doe and may God continue to bless you, Freebandz/Epic” said Future.
“Future has always been ahead of the culture when it comes to developing talent and Doe Boy has emerged as a new hip hop force. This signing by Freebandz is a win-win for all of us,” said Epic Records CEO and Chairwoman, Sylvia Rhone.
Doe Boy, along with fellow newcomer and FreeBandz artist Guap Tarantino, opened up on Future’s Legendary Nights Tour, which closed the summer. Doe Boy recently released his mixtape, 4 Piece, and is set to release his first album in the Freebandz and Epic partnership in Streets Need Me 2.

I finally signed my first record deal after being independent for over 10 years.. Thank you @epicrecords I worked so hard for this moment, A lot of people think this shit was easy but that’s just how I made it look! I never had a major label behind me all I had was myself, a strong team and support system that pushed me to go harder every day. I appreciate @future, @iamsylviarhone, @ezekiellewis & everybody else who believed in me. I came a long way but I’m jus getting started 🦅 #STREETZNEEDME2
