While on bye week, Los Angeles Chargers Pro Bowl running back Melvin Gordon gave back to the homeless population in Orange County with his Beyond the Flash Foundation and Lids.
Gordon visited Pathways of Hope on Wednesday (Nov. 20) to tour their facility and donate in-need the goods requested in advance. Pathways of Hope is a nonprofit organization that provides access to food, shelter and hosting to those experiencing hunger and homelessness in North Orange County.
Supporting Gordon’s efforts, Lids, the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, selling authentic on-field and exclusive headwear, jerseys and apparel at over 1,200 retail locations, and the Beyond the Flash Foundation also made a monetary donation to Pathways of Hope.
