According to a confirmed report from TMZ, Survivor contestant Silas Gaither was arrested yesterday in Tennessee for an aggravated assault and rape which allegedly occurred in 2018.
Gaither, who appeared on Survivor in its third season, was indicted by a grand jury in Shelby, County, Tenn. and released after posting $50K bail.
Season 3 was the first time the show instituted the “tribe swap”, which means players from different teams could be randomly swapped to join new teammates. Silas was the first one to be voted off from that first tribe swap.
