People from all over the world, from the well known to the unknown, who have shown how much Kobe Bryant meant to them on and off the court. Now, fans have taken to petition website Change.org to show the NBA just how much they love the “Black Mamba”.
More than one million fans have already signed a petition to change the NBA’s iconic logo of a silhouette of Hall Of Famer Jerry West to one of the late Kobe Bryant. See the petition HERE.
The petition says that the purpose of changing the logo to that of the fallen NBA star is “an attempt to immortalize him forever as the new NBA logo”.
The NBA has yet to confirm or deny its consideration of the idea.
