Team ROC, the philanthropic arm of JAY-Z’s Roc Nation, released a PSA on Hadiya Pendleton, a 15-year-old Chicago girl who was fatally shot in the back in a park.
The PSA is narrated by Hadiya’s mother, Cleopatra Cowley-Pendleton.
The launch is the fourth PSA in The Responsibility Program that links Roc Nation and the NFL aimed to raise awareness of the change needed in our communities.

The last PSA revealed from the tandem was focused on Botham Jean, an unarmed 26-year-old man who was fatally shot by an off-duty Dallas Police Department patrol officer on Sept. 6, 2018, as part of the #EveryonesChild campaign.
