With NFL Free Agency underway there has been plenty of moves that have rocked the NFL. None have a greater impact than Tom Brady officially declaring he will be leaving the New England Patriots.

The best quarterback of all-time started off Tuesday by releasing a statement on Twitter, caption in the tweet, “FOREVER A PATRIOT.”

“To all my teammates, coaches, executives and staff, Coach Belichick, RKKK and the Kraft family and the entire organization,” Brady opened. “I want to say thank you for the past twenty years of my life and the daily commitment to winning and creating a winning culture built on great values.”

In a second message, Brady says: “I don’t know what my football future holds but it is time for me to open a new stage for my life and career.”
