Brown’s debut single “We the Future” features Portland Trailblazers Point Guard Damian Lillard, known to Hip-Hop as Dame D.O.L.L.A., and in their IG live together the 15-year-old revealed why he pushed back the album.

“I had to re-do the whole entire album because my voice had a big change,” Brown told Dame on IG live to which the All-Star Point Guard laughed responding, “you went through puberty.”

Lillard revealed that he was in Las Vegas when he wrote the verse for Miles’ single and it took him about 20 minutes to write. They recorded the record almost two years ago Dame said, and Brown noted that he wanted to have his album ready before he dropped the single.

Fans can expect the album to drop this summer in “June or July” Miles said.
