Dr. Dre’s 1992 Death Row Records classic is coming to all streaming platforms in celebration of the weed smokers’ holiday. The Chronic will be available everywhere on 4/20.
The Multi-Platinum selling LP was only available on Apple Music since 2015 thanks to a partnership Dr. Dre has with the Tech Company that moved the NWA Producer into the billion-dollar tax bracket.
In 2014, Dr. Dre and Interscope Records Executive Jimmy Iovine inked a billion-dollar partnership between Beats Electronics and Apple.
The Chronic was Dre’s first and only album released under Suge Knight’s Death Row Records. The album has classic singles “Let Me Ride” and “Nuthin But a G Thang.” Snoop Dogg, The Lady of Rage, Kurupt and more are featured.
