Deji’s first major release of 2020 is an instant vibe from the start. “Lil Woah” is a statement record for Deji, packing charisma with witty punchlines over an indelible piano topline and booming 808’s.
The Houston rapper who first came to prominence as a YouTube star has become a fixture among Rap’s music current crop of rising stars. In the past year, Deji has raised his profile releasing a pair of albums, Funplex and Genesis. Deji currently hovers around 47k monthly listeners on Spotify. His track “Snapchat” currently has over 1.4M plays on Spotify and 3.92M total streams on Spotify including his collaborations with Maxo Kream, Wiz Khalifa and Tobe Nwigwe.
