Ronnie Gauthier, born and raised in South El Monte, California, has become an absolute force in business and finances over the last several years. Together with her partner and husband Jay Gauthier, Ronnie runs one of the most successful financial teams in North America. Together, they help lead, train, coach, develop and mentor thousands of people to become financially successful.
Starting off, the financial industry wasn’t the first calling either of the Gauthiers had. Ronnie was in pursuit of a master’s degree in psychology, while Jay worked with the fire department. After being laid off due to budget cuts, Jay got started in the financial industry. Ronnie worked to support the two while Jay grew momentum. Before long, Ronnie grew inspired by the financial work going on around her and decided to jump into business as well.
Ronnie started an office with Jay and began to grow their business. Although they struggled with paying operating costs and finding reliable agents to work with, they soon found a system that worked and created an environment full of high-energy, ambitious, competitive, and growth-minded people. Throughout the business ventures, Ronnie began to grow a considerable following on social media as well and has become somewhat of an influencer. Building an impressive platform online, Ronnie has been able to share motivational and insightful posts with her followers. Ronnie also co-hosts a podcast with her husband Jay.
Jumping full-steam into a new business came with a considerable amount of risk, but Ronnie and her husband Jay made it work. As a result, their team has become an absolute powerhouse among financial teams. However, the journey doesn’t end there. Ronnie hopes to have 1,000 agents within the next five years, expanding to multiple locations across the United States in order to help more and more individuals and families become educated about their finances. With tenacity and the drive and passion to grow, Ronnie Gauthier and her team will undoubtedly make that happen.
