Niyah was born in East London and is currently in North London, UK, who has had no musical background. He grew up listening to different song genres such as Rnb, rap, soul, and jazz. He got into his profession by first learning how to engineer and mix. He then went into vocal production and songwriting. He went the artist route and put out his first record, “no kickers,” which amassed over 100k views on YouTube.

He got into music by default, starting in 2009, working with UK superstar Stefflon Don. He and Stefflon Don had mutual friends and family. He put on an event with artist performances such as Stefflon Don, Unknown T $ SNE. The event sold out, and his popularity went overboard. He gained a huge social media following and an extensive industry love, where he approached Stefflon with the idea of working together.
