A famous family can bring the challenge of creating one’s own identity, even as an older sibling. Despite being the brother of Washington Wizard guard and NBA Superstar Bradley Beal, Brandon E. Beal is becoming a name associated with great success in the finance industry. He is the CEO of Beal Financial Group, powered by the National Agents Alliance and Integrity Marketing. They are affiliated with highly rated carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, AIG, National Life Group, Allianz, Foresters, and CFG. Brandon’s personal successes boast earnings of over $120,000 in a single month and providing high-demand services for his agents and their clients.
Brandon gave insight into his goals and mindset in a personal interview. He says, “The most rewarding part about my career is that I can help people from all walks of life. Giving them an opportunity for financial freedom and independence!” It is the focus beyond himself that has allowed for the natural growth of his personal brand and business. Additionally, he credits his instilled mindset for how he has been able to overcome challenges such as beginning his financial service career with no experience. A pro football career that ended in injury led to a short-lived athletic training pursuit and the eventual shift in industries. The latest had taken Brandon to the heights he currently sees.
Uniquely, Brandon attributes his prosperity very simply to grit. Having dreams turned upside down while others achieve can be disorienting, yet Brandon holds firm that “being an entrepreneur is not for whiners or complainers. It takes a very special person to immerse themselves so deeply into an idea; into a business, fall in love with it, get your butt kicked and handed to you day in and day out, and not know when your next pay was. To then get back up on that horse and ride it again and again and again, knowing that you will become successful so long as you do not quit. It is definitely not for the faint of heart.”
From pro athlete to devastating injury, starting from ground zero to partnering with billion-dollar companies, Brandon E. Beal has experienced a tumultuous journey that is now on a consistent rise. And he concludes, “My wife Ashley, along with my [five] brothers, give me my strength, my superpowers. I bust my butt every day to set an example for the boys and to provide for my wife.”
