Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack Films has signed a production deal with A24, Variety reports Scott and Cactus Jack will produce movies with A24. A24 has released Uncut Gems, Moonlight, and more.
The partnership with A24 was announced on Scott’s and A24’s Instagram with an image of a script for a project title Utopia.
Cactus Jack is the multi-product mini-empire of Scott, which has efforts ranging from McDonald’s and Fortnite to elements of fashion, gaming, and filmmaking.
The first effort of A24 and Scott will be closely aligned with Scott’s next album. “I’m totally working on an album — I definitely care more about making albums than just dropping songs. I like dropping songs as much as I wanna drop them, but I love albums — I grew up on them,” Scott said to Variety.
