Benjii baby explains the meaning behind the album name “Overtime.” “The meaning behind the album name comes from being in school my whole life while maintaining a music career along with working day to day. I graduated from college on December 12th 2020, the same day my album was released. I finally have the time to apply full pressure and focus on music. With all the work I have put in I was faced with a lot of adversity along the way, to the point where I had times where I wanted to stop making music and put the mic down but I continued to grow and work overtime in order to see it through. In life we all go through obstacles but that is just the universe testing one’s ability to see if they’re built for the lifestyle they dream of, anything is possible.” Based on the statistics of his new album the song “Night Time” is currently the most popular and requested song of the track list with a music video being released soon.
